c) Any third-party expenses incurred during the project.
4.1. Refunds will be approved in the following circumstances:
a) Failure to initiate or complete the agreed-upon services by OntogenDigital within the agreed timeline.
b) Substantial deviation from the agreed-upon services or deliverables.
4.2. OntogenDigital reserves the right to either offer a refund or provide additional services to rectify the issue, depending on the specific circumstances.
5.1. Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days.
5.2. Refunds will be made through the original payment method used during the purchase.
5.3. Any third-party transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
6.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party.
6.2 In the event of termination, the Client will be responsible for paying any fees or expenses incurred up to the termination date.

6.2. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting the updated version on our website.
